With the holiday season knocking on the door, here are some pictures from Sofia’s Christmas bazaar this year to get you in the mood.
Christmas is Europe’s favorite holiday so Christmas bazaars are very popular on the continent. Similar to Germany and Austria, Bulgaria‘s capital hosts a holiday bazaar this year as well.

I tried some of the food they offered – the baked potato on a stick and the German wurst. Both were very delicious. Also we bought some German marzipan – it always puts me in a Christmas mood!
