Australian Open 2013 live Australian Open 2013 live - so here we are with the new tennis season in the beginning of 2013. It will be open with the first Grand Slam of the year in Australia. The 2013 Australian Open tennis tournament will take place in Melbourne starting from Monday January 14 until Saturday January 27.

This is the opening and one of the most important tennis tournaments of the year and all tennis stars man and women are expected to be there. Unfortunately some of the big players doesn’t seem to be ready for the Australian Open and probably the biggest question this year is if we are going to see Rafael Nadal back in the game.  Of course Novak Djokovic is the big star and he has been very successful in Melbourne so far and this  is one of his favorite tournaments. Roger Federer is still in the big game and we expect to see him at least at the semis.

Andy Murray is also in great shape, he won the tournament in Brisbane few days ago. He defeated the young Bulgarian tennis star Grigor Dimitrov who will also take part in the 2013 Australian Open. Dimitrov also seems to be in a very good shape and it wouldn’t surprise us if he makes couple of wins in Melbourne.

As for the women players, Azarenka and Sharapova are the biggest competitors but surprises happen very often in women’s Australian Open tournament.

You can enjoy Australian Open 2013 live online with live scores and results as well as video previews of most of the interesting games.

Hopefully we will see some great tennis in Melbourne as a good start of the new tennis season.
