      Hi,which is the current OS on your Lava tablet, is it the Android 2.2? In order to upgrade to newer version your device should be enabled to do so. Please provide us your exact tablet model and OS and we will give you info about the highest version of Android you can install and some instructions.

      Well, I think Android 2.3 is available for this tablet but it wouldn’t make much of a difference. Anyways, does any update appear when you go to Settings-About(tablet)-Software update (Note you should be connected to the Internet when you perform the check)? Let me know if anything appears there as an update. Thanks

          Oh my… than we have a situation here :) it is really quite hard for me to help you when I don’t have the tablet in front of me. Anyways, I will check again and come back with more info about this issue.
