2012 Kia Cee’d test drive and review
Today we are going to take a look at one of Kia’s best selling vehicles ever. Kia Cee’d is a compact car with strong rivals such as the VW Golf, Ford Focus and Opel Astra.
For 2012 Kia has completely changed the Cee’d inside and out. The new exterior is modern and there are plenty of aggressive styling features. The interior of the new Cee’d is well laid out and the built quality is just exceptional, one of the best in this class. It feels roomy inside and four adults won’t find any problems traveling long distance with this car.
The ride of the 2012 Kia Cee’d is firm but still provides enough comfort for everyday driving around town. The steering of the car is a bit too light and feels vague and doesn’t give the desired feedback.
The new Cee’d will be offered with very fuel-efficient petrol and diesel engines coupled with manual or automatic gearboxes.
The new car will be assembled in Europe where KIA is expecting the biggest sales to be. We’ll see if the new Cee’d will continue the success story for KIA, just like the previous generation of this compact car did untill now.

Kia has certainly come a long way. Who would have thought a decade ago that Kia might one day compete with Volkswagen and Opel.
Yes, the new Cee’d is definitely a nice car, it looks nice, it drives well and quality is much better. Overall KIA is going the right direction.
